Walking Tour General Info
How big is the walking tour?
For public walking tours, we accommodate up to 15 people. After all, we want you all to see and hear everything :).
If you plan to come in a bigger group or would like a custom or private walking tour, please send us an e-mail and we’ll figure something out!
Will anyone else join the walking tour I booked?
These are open walking tours so, yes, other people may make a reservation and join your tour.
If you booked a private tour, the tour will be just for you and your group, no matter how many you’ve booked for.
In which languages are walking tours available?
Walking tours are in English, French, Spanish, and Polish.
What fitness level is required for the walking tour?
Depending on the walking tour you choose, we may walk up to several kilometers. The pace of the walking tour is always adjusted to the group. We don’t need to rush. We cater our walking tours to everyone, including senior citizens and people with limited mobility. If you’re afraid the walking tour will be too tiresome for you – let us know. We can think of ways to make the walking tour more enjoyable.
How long are the walking tours?
Standard walking tours last 2 or 2.5 hours. However, we can organize a tailor-made walking tour for you that can last as long as you want.
Can I take photos or make videos during the walking tour?
Sure! Photos and videos are one of the best souvenirs! However, please remember about two things: respect the locals and don’t film us while we’re talking during the walking tour. You can take a photo of us leading the walking tour, but we certainly don’t like being recorded.
Are these walking tours suitable for children?
Yes, but please remember that some of the walking tours (especially Varshe and Occupied Warsaw) cover sensitive topics. If you’re traveling with children, please let us know beforehand so we can adjust the walking tour accordingly.
What do I need to bring on the day of the walking tour?
Anything you want or need – snacks, drinks, camera… There is no need to print your booking confirmation.
Walking Tour Prices
How much does the walking tour cost?
The price of a public tour is set at 18 Euro per person for tours in English and 23 Euro for tours in other languages.
If you’d like a custom or private tour, we’ll send you an individual quote (the price is set depending mainly on the number of people and tour length).
What is included in the walking tour price?
Custom walking tours that fuse our city expertise with what you want to experience.
An info pack pre-arrival with important city info and FAQ about Warsaw.
A recommendation list full of useful links and interesting sites that you can book tickets to before arriving.
Online e-mail help before and during your stay in Warsaw in case you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
A unique Google map with all the hidden gems in Warsaw after our tour to make your visit one of a kind.
What is not included in the price?
We do not: make bookings, order taxis, buy tickets or other products on your behalf.
What payment forms do you accept?
You can book the walking tour and pay directly through our website. For tailor-made walking tours, you can pay directly to our bank account, PayPal or Stripe account. You’ll get all the details in your confirmation e-mail.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Please send us a cancellation email or message as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to offer rescheduling of the tour when possible.
If you cancel the walking tour no later than 48 hours, we will refund you 80% of the price.
If you cancel the walking tour no later than 24 hours before the tour, we will refund you 60% of the price.
If you cancel the walking tour later than 24 hours prior to the tour, there is no refund.
Please remember that booking a tour means booking our time. Last minute canceled tours mean that we have not only lost work, but it is also too late to find other work for that free time.
What if you cancel the tour?
If ever we need to cancel a tour, we’ll contact you as soon as possible proposing an alternative time for the walking tour. If we don’t find any, we’ll reimburse you the price you paid and we’ll recommend some local guides so you can still discover the city.

What if it rains/snows/is too cold/is too hot?
It means that you are already in Poland :) Our walking tours run no matter the weather with an exception of extreme weather (e.g. severe storms, blizzards, dangerous heat waves). In these rare cases, we’ll contact you to reschedule the walking tour.
How should I dress for the walking tour?
Dress comfortably and appropriate for the weather. Summers can be hot and winters quite cold so check the forecast before heading out. Remember you will be outside for a couple of hours! Walking tours will sometimes take you across cobblestone streets or dirt pathways so make sure you wear appropriate shoes (no, sorry, that doesn’t include high heels).
Where is the finish point?
Just as with the meeting point, we agree on this during our initial discussions and it’ll be mentioned in your confirmation e-mail.
