The voucher is valid for one person or a group up to 15 people and guarantees a private tour.

Terms & Conditions

1. All vouchers are valid until December 31, 2024. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.

2. A tour must be booked prior to voucher expiry date.

3. Vouchers are only valid on new bookings. Existing bookings may not have vouchers applied to them.

4. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

5. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount, or promotion.

6. Vouchers are not valid for custom tours or custom requests (e.g. extending the length of the tour, adding an additional tour).

7. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

8. The voucher can be used for one tour from the offer of Warsaw UnDiscovered - either for a private tour or a spot in an open tour, depending on the type of the voucher.

9. The offer contains the following tours:

• Bohemian Warsaw

10. Tour spots and dates are subject to availability. Send an email to warsaw.undiscovered@gmail.com to check the availability of the tour.

11. The tours can be held in English, French, Spanish, or Polish. The chosen language should be specified at the moment of checking availability.

12. The voucher for a spot for One Person is valid only for one person on one tour. Other guests may join this tour.

13. The voucher for a Private Tour is valid for one person or a group of people (up to 15) on one tour. Other guests may not join this tour..

14. If the booking is canceled by the guest no later than 48 hours before the start of the tour, the voucher will be reissued.

15. If the booking is canceled by the guest later than 48 hours before the start of the tour, the voucher will not be reissued.

16. If the booking is canceled by Warsaw UnDiscovered, the voucher will be reissued.

17. Warsaw UnDiscovered reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
